Join the Ocean Ridge Residence Facebook group.
Go to Facebook and search for Ocean Ridge Residence and go to that page. On the group page in the upper right you will see a "Join Group" button. Click on that button and a request to give you permission to access the group will be sent to the group administrator. Once approved you will receive a notice that you have been accepted in the group. This is a closed group so no one accept Ocean Ridge residence will have access to the group page.
